Sudoku Smash - Privacy Policy

Sudoku Smash is published by KTC Creative Agency / Studios.

1) Data We Process

- Gameplay progress, settings, and inventory are stored on your device so the game works between sessions.

- When you use Scan Puzzle, the camera captures a photo that is processed on-device for digit recognition. We do not upload camera images or store them after recognition completes.

- In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit (product identifiers and transaction status).

- We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated, pseudonymous gameplay analytics such as which modes and difficulty levels are played, level starts and completions, failure reasons (for example timeout or incorrect solve), power-up use, tutorial progress, and purchase funnel events. Firebase uses an app instance identifier (and may use the Identifier for Vendor / IDFV). It does not require an account. We configure Analytics without advertising identifier (IDFA) collection.

- Apple may also provide aggregated App Analytics and crash or diagnostic reports through App Store Connect, which may depend on your iOS Analytics & Improvements settings.

2) How We Use Data

- Provide core game functionality and save your progress.

- Deliver consumable in-app purchases (extra lives and power-ups) after Apple verifies the transaction on your device.

- Understand gameplay funnels, difficulty balance, and where players fail so we can improve the game.

- Review aggregated usage and crash information to improve app stability and quality.

- We do not use the analytics data for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising, and we do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA).

3) Sharing

- Purchase processing is handled through Apple's StoreKit and App Store infrastructure.

- Firebase Analytics event data is processed by Google on our behalf under Google's Firebase/Google Analytics terms. See Google's privacy documentation for Firebase.

- Aggregated analytics and crash data may also be provided to us by Apple through App Store Connect under Apple's terms and your device privacy settings.

- If you open an external website from the app (for example, studio or font license pages), that site operates under its own privacy policy.

- We do not sell personal data.

4) Retention

- On-device progress remains until you uninstall the app or reset app data.

- Analytics retention follows Google Firebase / Google Analytics retention settings for our project.

- Data retained by Apple through App Store Connect follows Apple's policies.

5) Your Choices

- You can adjust haptics, audio, and music in the app Settings.

- Camera access can be revoked in iOS Settings.

- In-app purchases are optional and can be managed in your Apple ID purchase settings.

- You can control whether Apple shares analytics and crash diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

- The app does not currently offer an in-app analytics opt-out toggle. Uninstalling the app stops further analytics collection from that installation.

Granny Switch - Privacy Policy

The Great Granny Switch is published by KTC Creative Agency / Studios.

1) Data We Process

- Gameplay progress, settings, and inventory (lives, hints, undos, and related delivery records) are stored on your device so the game works between sessions.

- The app does not create an account and does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

- Device tilt may be used on-device to animate the garden scenery. Motion readings are not uploaded or stored as progress data.

- In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit (product identifiers and transaction status). We do not receive your payment card details.

- We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect app-instance analytics such as levels started or finished, chapters opened, shop views, settings changes, and similar gameplay or product-interaction events. These events are tied to an app-instance identifier, not to your name or email.

- With your permission under App Tracking Transparency, we may use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure marketing campaigns and advertising performance. If you decline, the game still works; only measurement that needs that identifier is limited.

- The app may display advertisements in the future (for example via Google advertising services or similar partners). If ads are shown, advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate location or device information, and ad interaction data under their own privacy policies, subject to your tracking choices and applicable law.

- Apple may also provide us with aggregated App Analytics (such as sessions and installs) and crash or diagnostic reports through App Store Connect, which may depend on your iOS Analytics & Improvements settings.

2) How We Use Data

- Provide core game functionality and save your progress.

- Deliver consumable in-app purchases (extra lives and helper packs) after Apple verifies the transaction on your device.

- Analyze gameplay and product use through Firebase Analytics to improve difficulty, stability, features, and marketing efficiency.

- Measure advertising and marketing campaign performance, including when you grant tracking permission.

- Serve or measure advertisements if advertising is enabled in the app.

- Review aggregated usage and crash information from Apple to improve app stability and quality.

- We do not sell personal data.

3) Sharing

- Purchase processing is handled through Apple's StoreKit and App Store infrastructure.

- Analytics events are processed by Google through Firebase Analytics under Google's terms and privacy policy.

- If advertising is enabled, ad serving and measurement partners process relevant data under their own terms and privacy policies.

- Aggregated analytics and crash data may also be provided to us by Apple through App Store Connect under Apple's terms and your device privacy settings.

- If you open an external website from the app (for example, studio or license pages), that site operates under its own privacy policy.

- We do not sell personal data.

4) Retention

- On-device progress remains until you uninstall the app, reset app data, or use in-app reset controls (where available). Device or iCloud backups may retain copies according to your Apple settings.

- Analytics data retained by Google through Firebase follows Google's retention practices for Firebase Analytics.

- Data retained by Apple through App Store Connect follows Apple's policies.

- Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies when ads or ad measurement are used.

5) Your Choices

- You can adjust sound, haptics, motion, and related preferences in the app Settings.

- You can reset garden progress in Settings (inventory and purchase-delivery records may be preserved so purchased items are not lost or delivered twice).

- In-app purchases are optional and can be managed in your Apple ID purchase settings.

- You can allow or deny App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

- You can control whether Apple shares analytics and crash diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

- Uninstalling the app removes its local data container on that device.

1) Data We Process

- Captures are stored on your device so the app works between sessions. A capture may include a LiDAR 3D mesh, camera photos of the scanned space, and local capture metadata (such as camera pose and image size). These files stay in the app’s on-device storage.

- Multi Capture unlock status is stored on your device after Apple verifies the purchase.

- The camera and LiDAR scanner are used to build scans. We do not upload camera images, meshes, or capture metadata.

- In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit (product identifiers and transaction status).

- Apple may provide us with aggregated App Analytics (such as sessions and installs) and crash or diagnostic reports through App Store Connect. This data is supplied by Apple, not collected by third-party analytics SDKs in the app, and may depend on your iOS Analytics & Improvements settings.

- Flyframe does not create an account, does not use iCloud or another cloud backend, and does not collect location (GPS) data.

2) How We Use Data

- Provide core app functionality: scanning, gallery, 3D preview, Walk Around, and Fly Drone.

- Save your captures on device until you delete them.

- Deliver the optional one-time Multi Capture unlock after Apple verifies the transaction on your device.

- Review aggregated usage and crash information from Apple to improve app stability and quality.

- We do not use cross-app tracking or advertising identifiers, and we do not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

3) Sharing

- Purchase processing is handled through Apple's StoreKit and App Store infrastructure.

- Aggregated analytics and crash data are provided to us by Apple through App Store Connect under Apple's terms and your device privacy settings.

- If you open the Sudoku Smash App Store listing from the gallery, that page operates under Apple's terms.

- Captures are not uploaded, shared, or exported by the app.

- We do not sell personal data.

4) Retention

- On-device captures remain until you delete them in the app, or until you uninstall the app or reset app data.

- Multi Capture unlock status remains on device until you uninstall or reset app data. Restoring purchases through Apple can restore the unlock on the same Apple ID.

- Data retained by Apple through App Store Connect follows Apple's policies.

5) Your Choices

- You can delete individual captures in the app.

- Camera access can be revoked in iOS Settings. Scanning will not work without camera access.

- In-app purchases are optional. Mesh and Photo capture work without a purchase. Purchases can be managed in your Apple ID purchase settings.

- You can control whether Apple shares analytics and crash diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
