     Sudoku Smash is published by KTC Creative Agency / Studios.

     1) Data We Process

     - Gameplay progress, settings, and inventory are stored on your device so the game works between sessions.

     - When you use Scan Puzzle, the camera captures a photo that is processed on-device for digit recognition. We do not upload camera images or store them after recognition completes.

     - In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit (product identifiers and transaction status).

     - Apple may provide us with aggregated App Analytics (such as sessions and installs) and crash or diagnostic reports through App Store Connect. This data is supplied by Apple, not collected by third-party analytics SDKs in the app, and may depend on your iOS Analytics & Improvements settings.

     2) How We Use Data

     - Provide core game functionality and save your progress.

     - Deliver consumable in-app purchases (extra lives and power-ups) after Apple verifies the transaction on your device.

     - Review aggregated usage and crash information from Apple to improve app stability and quality.

     - We do not use cross-app tracking or advertising identifiers, and we do not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

     3) Sharing

     - Purchase processing is handled through Apple's StoreKit and App Store infrastructure.

     - Aggregated analytics and crash data are provided to us by Apple through App Store Connect under Apple's terms and your device privacy settings.

     - If you open an external website from the app (for example, studio or font license pages), that site operates under its own privacy policy.

     - We do not sell personal data.

     4) Retention

     - On-device progress remains until you uninstall the app or reset app data.

     - Data retained by Apple through App Store Connect follows Apple's policies.

     5) Your Choices

     - You can adjust haptics, audio, and music in the app Settings.

     - Camera access can be revoked in iOS Settings.

     - In-app purchases are optional and can be managed in your Apple ID purchase settings.

     - You can control whether Apple shares analytics and crash diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
